After a quiet few years, the iconic 1929 Cutler Building at 601 Pacific Way is waking up again — and the excitement is building.
We're proud to announce Raven, a new restaurant from a couple of good ol' boys from the Northwest. We're bringing back the heart and soul of the old Café with a menu inspired by the beloved pre-pandemic dishes you have all been asking for from when Chef Geoff served as Executive Chef.
We're focusing on thoughtful, seasonal fare that highlights the incredible bounty of the Northwest. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients from our coastal waters, farms, and forests will be in the forefront. The heart and soul of the menu and service is honest, flavorful Northwest cooking in a space that still feels like home.
